Blacktop Specialties

We utilize a commercial grade coal tar sand sealer.  The Sealer is Water-based.  We "Hand-Broom" our product onto your surface; its never sprayed.  Each inch of your surface is covered well and with lasting durability this way! 


Our crack filling process may involve Routing of the cracks to remove all grasses & any debris when the crack is at least a 1/2" deep & 1/4" wide.  Otherwise we Clean out the crack to rid of grasses & any debris. 



The most important part of our crack filling process is....Filling the crack!  After evaluating the filling process to best determine our goal and meet your needs, the crack may be filled with a Hi-Spec Cold, Liquid, Flexible Rubber or a Hi-Spec Hot, Rubber.
